【Job Specification】
- Involve in ensure total silicon quality both in design phase
- Low power DFT design implementation / verification
【Job Requirements】
- Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation ... other verification flow
- Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
- MBIST / Scan diagnosis experience and ATE test debug experience
- System level MBIST planning / Knowledge of boundary scan
- Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implement experience
- EDA development for logic design flow and DFT flow
- Experience in IC design file, familiar DFT of MBIST/ SCAN skills
- 5 years above of working experience
